The chickens got their name from the fact that local people always raise them without any cage. The rustic, healthy and clean way of raising is the secret to creating delicious meat fibers. The chickens can freely jog, roam to find food such as ants, termites, crickets and insects. It is organic feeds are what create the clean, pure chickens which are incredibly nutritious. These are one of the fundamental reasons why the meat of the chickens is unconventionally delicious, firm and buttery rather than tough and greasy.

 

Tien Yen chickens are thus raised in a more cleaner and healthier manner than industrial chickens.
