BANH CUON (VIETNAMESE STEAMED RICE ROLLS)

Banh Cuon (Steamed Rice Rolls) is a popular dish and is familiar to people in all parts of Viet Nam. The dish is made from fine white rice flour, filled with ground pork, minced shallots and wood ear mushroom.
